1) Authorized Service Center for Mfg Warranty (New equipment)
2) 90 day Warranty Service for Used Equipment
3) Service Plans to cover basic component operation (Used Equipment/New after the mfg warranty period expires)
REPURCHASE PROGRAM
1) Wholesale Buy Back Program (For all equipment sold that no longer carry the original mfg warranty) – This service offers the families whose loved ones have passed the opportunity to sell the equipment back to P & F Enterprises, Inc. which in turn will offer a fair and reasonable wholesale price. The units are then reconditioned and put back into Independent Wings inventory for resale. The company reserves the right to decline a buy back if the condition of the equipment is such that reconditioning the unit would cost more than a new unit.
